Chinese languages

Yes it's the input method which has problem. I was using Microsoft pinyin IME 3.0 I tried shuangpin input method and the words were there. Any idea why Microsoft pinyin IME 3.0 has this problem?

I use English version of Windows with Chinese (PRC) input language support. There are some words not available in Chinese (PRC) input language support but available in Chinese (Taiwan).
