Chinese languages

It's actually been combined two or more syllables.
For instance, "tomorrow" in Minnan we express by "明仔早"
And for "yesterday", it's "昨昏", a nasalized vowel.

It's sure that Hokkien spread out into some certain areas, where now their language is different from the original one !!
