Please be more specific.
The "heart of England" can mean many thing!
Like:
It is located in the "heart of England" = 英格蘭的中心
or
literally by saying having the "heart of England" = 英格蘭的心

I'm from Hong Kong, so I speak Cantonese. If you're talking about Cantonese, yes! There are words (modern terms) that are coined by / influenced by the Japanese.
