It has a glottal stop [-ʔ]. In Wu the Middle Chinese 入聲 with final consonant [-p/-k/-t] have merged into the glottal stop. In many romanization scheme this consonant is represented by "-k" or "-h". In case of 德, the proper romanization should be "Tek" or "Teh"...
