"saang lerng" - a chinese "food and drink" term and sometimes medicine term to classify MOST (not all) cold food and drink and fruit (mostly juicy fruit) as "saang lerng". and ppl having "sanng lerng" diet are believed to cause them coughing badly.

the "we" "we" part is...no doubt sounding like the English word "we." (meaning us)

and the "woy" is no doubt sounding like the English word "coy" but with a W sound instead of a C...

i thought ging chat referred to detectives. at least in HK sitcoms, ging chat solve crimes and wear plain clothing while chai lo wears police uniform.
