The hanzi in daiwanyway dict are not correct for horny.It should be 肖鬲and male genital lan should 卵.
The is an article by wei which is not online anymore from Kwongwah daily.I must point out three mistakes by him.
He didn't know how many quanzhou people in malaysia(it is 1.7 m),he wrote as if malaysia have a lot of zhangzhou people(it is 250000 plus xiamen).Jinmen is quanzhou (not xiamen)and datian is not minnan .He forgot to enter Shishi as quanzhou which is an important sect.
The reason why people in North Malaysia are majority quanzhou but still speak a lot of zhangzhou are because our grandparents don't know how to read.Any zhangzhou sound and vocabulary could be misunderstood as quanzhou wendu,etc(even thinking as another quanzhou like yongchun).
He said association should set up media in radio which isn't going to be helpful for the minnan people.The only way is to give away freely dict and special books like NanAn people should get Nananfangyanzhi by Lirulong,etc.
To set up a Min Language library is a good idea but it will cost at least 20000 us dollar because too many books have been written.
