"young and special and making a difference"? For young and special I can think of qing and zhen, but I would perfer to have an expert (native speaker) help me.

(倩), qing (琴) zither, lei(蕾) bud, lei qing (麗清) beautiful, yu yan (语蔫）,xue er （雪儿）snow child, yu (瑜）flawless gem, liu hong（柳 红）willow, yu xue（玉雪）jade snow, zhen (真) true, ai zhen (嫒珍) beloved daughter precious
