cham1-pe1 = female genital organ 女陰 .I think this word is more polite since so many people are using cibai for dirty word .It is a collective term for every part which is good for a doctor to use it .
penis =khoo-thenn/thinn,khiam-im are also unusual for penis.

Just to add. The intestines are called tng-a, 腸仔.
