Lei Po means outrageous

For Example:

It is so outrageous for you to learn Cantonese without Chinese girlfriend!!!

Somethimes Lei po means only mad people do crazy things.

One more example:

The guy want to sex with hooker, but he does not want to pay money as well. In this situation, we say "lei po" due to the misconduct of guy.

You can also say. 離晒譜 lei4 saai3 pou2

Besides that there’s another similar word. 離行離趔 lei4 hong4 lei4 laat9(6)

I thought that lei mean 'you'
and po mean 'bitch'

and the lei is not "you", you're confusing it with nei (an n-sound). I agree lei po is an adjective.

For example you exclaim, "gum lei po!" how outrageous or so outrageous.
or "nei gum lei po" you're so outrageous.
