I feel that these two words can be used by us in daily conversation 萬代久﹐萬代年just to describe it has been a long time....

I think above 踐 is just extented use by minnan for 回because 玉篇 just put 列也﹐行也。The same goes for 幫。
I find dict put 這 ce1 or ce3.Maybe someone use it like the meaning in mandarin 立刻﹐馬上。Or 這時。

I think the benzi for tann1=now is 今 baidu .I see the list by Mr.Xiao only put chuanchiu have this baidu.

退晏 the3uann3
拖摧 thua1cui5
延延 ian5chhian5(wen follow by baidu)
遲延 ti5ian5 in opposite order
above 今 tann1 is shangu sound .It is 見consonant in zhonggu period

In huian 惠安,这时 =by now is called 即久囝 cit4-ku2-kann2。Many people don't know in some cuanhchiu area children are called kann2 or kan-a not kiann2/kin-a in xiamen/ciangchiu/tongan/yongchun/dehua(kin-kiann).
My grandfather from nan-an didn't even say kann to my father ,it is very sad he used kiann like xiamen as well.
