I have a few general translations from Cantonese to English:
* gaa chin (Money?) * mo kui/keoi (I heard this on a Cantonese commercial... there was a lack of something. some Noun/adjective that sounds like keoi/kui? I think it was a banking commercial..) * gwai/gwaai sing
I also had a few grammatical questions.
I wanted to ask how to say the word "to" in respect to time. Such as "9 to 10 o'clock."
I also wanted to ask how to say "about" in respect to time. such as "about 9 o'clock."
Furthermore, I wanted to ask how to say the VERB "try" in respect to the example, "I tried calling you many times." and " I tried so hard to get his attention."
Thanks.
