Shark fin trade names help?

Hello,

I am hoping that you can help me translate some trade names for types of shark fin that I am told are Hokkien:

1) pancas (fins of sawfish)
2) plen (seems to mean "small")
3) liong boen
4) haiho
5) kepel

Types 3 & 4 do sound like Hokkien but not 1, 2 & 5. Sorry, I couldn't help as I don't know much about shark fin. Thanks to your posting, I just realized that there are so many types of shark fin....
