I guess your surname is Vietnamese. Is it written Thanh, Thánh, or Thành? I don’t know if you can see the encoding or not. But try using Times or Times New Roman if possible. Using the VietNet convention for computer input it’s written Thanh, Tha’nh, or Tha`nh.
Note: This is Western European encoding.
