Hi

When Malayisians/Singaporeans speak English, they use distinctive words such as: "la", "meh", "hor", "ma" etc. Are these endings from Hokkien?

high me is from cantonese .Taiwanese use a low me 11 (I have no idea are there any chinese using it? ).It seems xiamen use ma 150 years ago but not now.hoonh is original minnan
