it should be 姗姗来迟 but most of chinese consider it as 跚跚来迟.There is no phrase take the lead as 跚 . so I suggest we play it just with the same phonetic symbol.

本来应该是姗姗来迟的 ,但是好多中国人都认为是跚跚来迟 .但是目前还没有用跚字开头的成语所以我建议大家接龙的时候只要用最后一个字的读音就可以了
