Hi
There's a type of soup that I've had before. I know how to say it in Hokkien but I didn't know how to write it in Chinese characters.
In Hokkien the name is something like: pau3 sim1 theng7 (I'm guessing the tones because I'm not good with them)
I'm assuming the last two words are: 心汤. but does anybody know what the character for "pau" is?

No. The name is Phau Sim Theng. I just need the HanZi for Phau. So does anybody know it?

If it is 参 you are talking about ,cuanciu and ciangciu is not sim.Even xiamen is song for some people.
