What does this name means and how do you pronounce it?

I don't know how to read those type of characters but the 2nd one means "beautiful". In Mandarin you'd pronounce it "mei" and in Hokkien it would be "pi2".

Hokkien: Ko1-Bi2-Ling5

高 = high (surname)
美 = beautiful
齡 = age

Yes, that's my name. My great grandfather was chinese and both my grandfather and father have chinese names. I got mine when I went on a trip to Taiwan. ^.^
