Hello. I'm interested in learning Hokkien temrs of endearment. What are Taiwanese, Malaysian and Singaporean Hokkien terms of endearment for men, women, children and teenagers? Please let me know.
In the Hokkien version of the song "Xiao Wei" the term of endearment,
"sio ko niu" is used to refer to a girl. I think this term translates to "small lady" but I don't think it literally means "small" and is just endearing.
