About the mis-pronunciation of "秦".
I search for the song of "雪梅思君" on the net, and paid careful attention to the song that has 14 versus. Sure enough, "秦" was pronouced as "khun" just as what Sim stated. I think this mis-pronunciation might have been due to a mistake in converting "chin" in Mandarin to "khun" in Hokkien, like in the case of "勤", "chin2" in Mandarin and "khun5" in Hokkien.
Actually, there are many ways of converting Mandarin "chin" to Hokkien, for example:
秦(chin2): "cin5" or "tsin5"
勤(chin2): "khun5"
琴, 禽(chin2): "khim5"
亲(chin1): chin1
etc.
