Hokkien reading of this poem

Hi

Some of you might know the poem "静夜思". Does anyone know the Hokkien pronounciation of it?

靜夜思 tsing7 ia7 su3#
李白 li2 pik8#

床前明月光， tshong5-tsian5# bing5-guat8 kong1#
疑是地上霜； gi5 si7 te7-siong7 song1#
舉頭望明月， ku2 thoo5# bong7 bing5-guat8#
低頭思故鄉。 te1 thoo5# su1 koo3-hiong1#

Note: 頭 is often pronounced as thiu5 or thio5 in Tang poems for rhyming purposes since it as a part of the 下平十一尤 (iu5) rime.
Since 頭 is not a part of the rhyme scheme, it doesn't really matter; thoo5, thiu5, and thio5 are all acceptable.

Looking at the pronounciations of some of the words I'm assuming it's in literary Hokkien so I'd like to ask whether thau5 is a literary pronounciation for 頭 and whether it can be used in the poem or not.
Is this poem often read in Hokkien or the Hokkien pronounciation well known?

thau is just baidu. io for cuanciu or oo is the wendu for the other two sects.The correct sound for cuanciu is not io but something else.See 汇音妙悟。
I don't agree about iu sound
