How do u say "hello"?
Re: How do u say "hello"?
In Hong Kong, English hallo is widely accepted and most of the cases replaces the Cantonese Hallo.
Normally for greeting , we say nei5 hou2 for Hi , Hallo
for drawing attention , we say wai3, e.g. Hallo/Hay! Mister, you've dropped your wallet.
for answering telephone, we say wai2

Re: How do u say "hello"?
People may pronounce a long "wai" sound when they bump into someone they knew. That would sound more friendly and casual.

Short answer:
/Neih/ /hou/
Long answer:
Here's a basic lesson on the greeting, but there are many other ways of saying "Hi". Non-native Cantonese speakers tend to over use /Neih/ /hou/
