I have "hung4 cing1 ting4", which works well with Windows2000. You need to have local characters installed first, though. I'm not sure if it works with XP. Has anyone tried it out?

The "hung4 cing1 ting4" input doens't seems to display properly in XP, as I've just tried it. What should alert you is during the setup, the name of the input software is incorrectly displayed - not in Chinese characters but all sorts of acccented single byte ones. When you locate and hit the setup, it runs on XP but all the characters displays as question marks.

What is odd is that when you open Notepad and you type in the romanised Cantonese, you can actually get it to input characters, though you don't know what you've selected from the bar displaying nothing but question marks.

What you see is (for the sound "fong")
fong 1 ? 2 ? 3 ? 4 ? 5 ? 6 ? 7 ? 8 ? 9 ? >>

I'm gonna uninstall it... Shame, it looks quite useful.
