1. saa1 can4 (often written as 沙塵 but most likely not the original words), means swollen of arrogance, sometimes aggressive.
2. lai yi don't known, according to your meaning, I guess it is lai1 ki2. this is not a Cantonese but a sound translation from "LIKE", Some young Hongkongers like to cantonized English words to express a common things.
