If she is your grandpa's sister,you should call her gu1 po4 姑婆
If she is your grandma's sister,you should call her ji4 po4 姨婆
If she is your grandma's brother's wife ,you should call her kam5 po4 妗婆
If she is your grandpa's brother's wife ,you should call her suk7 po4 叔婆
(I am not sure for the last one because I just call my granduncle's wife suk7 po4)
