second person singular/plural pronouns

Dear all,

If have recently seen some older Hokkien sources. One thing which struck me was the transcription of the 2nd person singular and plurar pronouns which were "lu" (2-sg) and "lun" (2-pl). I have seen "lu" 2-sg before, but never "lun" 2-pl. Has anyone heard of these two pronouns occurring in one particular Hokkien dialect? Or another pair in which the final vowel of the 2nd person singular pronoun is the same as the medial of the 2nd person plural vowel?

I think you must do your own research in 海 沧,东孚 ,角美，集美 .Maybe you can find it as soon as you arrive there.
It could be cuanciu lirn ,ciangciu lin and outskirts lun 500 years ago.

Don't know if you're still reading this Forum, but I only noticed this posting today.

My mother's form of Hokkien (which is large Amoy based) uses:

gua2 - gun2
li2 - lin2
i1 - in1

so this is almost exactly an example of what you were looking for.
