"gin5" = "凝"
The Hanzi words are from "Putong Hua Minnan Dialect Dictionary".
"难道" in Hokkien may also be "kam2" (敢), e.g., "难道没有吗?" = "敢无?", "kam2 bo5?"

Re: dictionary help
Dear Hong,
Thanks for the info about Singapore Minnan Cidian. I tried to search the site (www.bjbb.com.cn) but the result was very slow. I agree that we need to see more dictionaries based on Cuanciu & Ciangciu dialects.
There should be a lot of articles of research on dialect characteristics. Links below mention some of these research, but I don't know where to get those articles.

Dear Casey,
Thanks for your help. You are right that the proper 'hanji' for 'kam2' should be 敢 (Mdr: gan3) instead of 豈 (Mdr: qi3). Both Douglas' & Xiamen Fanyan Cidian confirm this.
It seems that many words are "assigned" different 'hanji' in different dictionaries. Standardization is a real need for Hokkien survival. The character for 'gin5' in "Putong Hua Minnan Dialect Dictionary" i.e. 凝 is used differently in Xiamen Fangyan Cidian. The later uses small boxes for both 'gin7' & 'gin5' meaning the proper 'hanji' are unknown.

Re: dictionary help
The word 'khan1 chiu2' 牽手 as a noun means lover [boy/girl friend] or spouse [husband/wife] (->connotative meaning). As a verb, it means to hold hands (->literal meaning). But I have never heard the word being used as 'dating' (->activity noun/verb).
