反淺 “hòan-chhéⁿ” meaning "deep" (literally "against shallow")

Yes, it's taken from a Hokkien song. I am surprised that there are no other experts here in this forum until you came.
Why did they use 反淺 instead of 深 ?
I've never seen this phrase in mandarin or cantonese films before. Is it a classical chinese word ?
