Thank you for your very interesting and helpful reply. Hokkien is such a special and diverse language that non-Hokkien speakers benefit greatly from forums such as this, and the kindness of its contributors who share their knowledge freely.

許瓏騰 = Khor2-long1(5)-th(t)ing3 -> in Singapore usually written as Koh Long Theng/Teng.
曾櫪萱 = Can1-lik8-huan1(suan1) -> Chan Lek Huan/Suan
