Actually I want to find a real time chat room that Cantonese learners can type roman script to do chating. I think it's good for practising Cantonese.
I found a few Cantonese chat rooms. However there's no recommended schedule for chatting and nobody there.

/dam Sheik's Cantonese website has a link to its chatroom at the top of the forums page (it tells you if there's anyone logged into it). There's no regularly scheduled chat (yet?? I think having one is being planned) but you can type in characters, romanization...in fact you can type practically any language in there as it's a Unicode chatroom. http://www.cantonese.sheik.co.uk/phorum/list.php?f=1
