I would appreciate if anyone can tell me if there are any freeware Cantonese/English dictionaries, as well as English/Cantonese dictionaries, it would be excellent if there are Cantonese pronouciation. I do not mean those online dictionaries but downloadable freeware.
I do not have any Chinese OS and would prefer those not requiring Chinese OS. I am running Windows XP SP2 with the East Asia Language pack installed.
I have read some articles but they are talking about changjie input etc which I have not learnt how to use. But I use the IME from Microsoft under Chinese Taiwan, which gives me the handwriting recognisition input method, neat and simple for me.
Thanks for anyone's assistance.

Thanks Dylan, I have looked at your website, informative.
Are there any good freeware cantonese to english dictionaries, or at least english to cantonese ones.

Re: freeware cantonese/english dictionary
I can suggest going on-line to Adam Sheik's Cantonese forums.

and asking there. AFAIK, the dictionary is growing, but still not for download.
