You might consider just going to a Chinese school. Major cities in The Netherlands (e.g. Rotterdam) have several Chinese schools on Saturday in Mandarin or Cantonese on a weekly base.

I'm in NY, and 2 I have tryed 2 chinise schools. They don't take 12 to 13 year old beginners, I go over the age rate. Where can I find another cantonese school?
