how to say "before"/"after"

How does one say "after" in terms of like...
"I will see you after the party." or "She went home after I cleaned up."

ANd how do you say "before" in terms of...
"Before I could notice, she was already there." or "I arrived before he did."

What other ways are there to say "and" and "or" in Colloquial Cantonese...i.e. tung mai or waak je?
