Recently, I listen to this taiwanese song with a link below

in the song, the singer pronunciate 心裡 as sim lai but I think sim lai should be for 心內. I wonder if I am wrong.

I think you are right about this. Quite often people will just write something that approximates written Mandarin and hope that people will read it out as Taiwanese.
