Re: Chinese English
I went to china this summer and really liked the music, and at some of the internet cafes, all of the music had http://music.zsnet.com attached to the title. If that site has free downloads, could somebody give me a link to that section or instructions on how to get there? thanks
Re: Chinese English
1. Good good study, day day up.
Actually, Hao hao xue xi (literally: good good study/learn) means "study hard/well" and tian tian shang (day day up) I have no idea...
2. Don't old three old four.
O_O;; I don't think I've heard that one before.
3. Look and look, see and see.
Kan-yi-kang is like "take a cursory look"; quick glance. (IE: When you're shopping and the person with you wants to go in but you don't and they go "we'll just take a glance! We'll be out in a sec!")
4. People mountain people sea.
O.o;; I don't think we're thinking the same thing.
5. You really have two down sons.
For this one, either. I don't think I've ever heard this one.

Someone said something to me in chinese, I don't know the correct spelling, but it sounds like this:
wooshani (woo-sha-knee)
and
Showwoohow (show (like shout without the t) woo-how)
someone please tell me what this means!
also how do you say and write (in cantonese):
Frank,
you are very special to me and I will miss you very much, if I'm lucky, maybe I'll get my chance to be with you........one day.

Re: Chinese English
I know I Love You can be translated to Wo Ai Ni in Mandarin but, I don't know if this is said in a general manner or intimate. How could I say I love you in a (woman to man situation) also, if I was to say, I love you too, would that be a different word or "wo ai ni" fits all as a response?
Lastly, can anyone tell me how to say, i miss you, good night & good morning?

Re: Chinese English
Hi everyone,
I desperately need to know how to say 'good night' and 'good morning' in Chinese. I would really appreciate if you could write the pronounciation in English letters.
Thanks.
