I don't know a translations for Mistres but "Miss" is:
Xiao3 Jie3
"Ms." is:
Nu3 Shi4

It is "she" (pronounced like the English word "she"), "ow" (pronounced like the English word "ow" when you hurt yourself), gee (pronounced like the English word "Gee, what are you up to?), "eh" (pronounced like the "e" in "egg"). So it is "she-ow-gee-eh".

I need my name translated from english to mandarin for a class and i can't find a website that is helpfull in translating.
