36 sino-tibetan conferences always has a lot of minnan articles but it is not printed into one book.
http://www.asu.edu./icstll35/NewFiles/schedule2.rtf has a Jerry Norman article on Body part in common min.
One article in this 35 th conference is online in above http://my.nthu.....

I have no idea how many papers were written by 林連通 on 永春話 besides his book 永春方言志 published in 1989.It seems no end.
