Why are you learning Cantonese?

Hi. In fact when i started to learn Cantonese i was sure that i will be able to understand Mandarin. Now, i like the language and don't want to give up.

I am learning CAntonese cause my family and I have now lived in Hong Kong for 2 years. Ive been learning for almost 2 years. Its a very nice language and makes living in HK alot easier. I also find it more respectful to learn the native language of the place where you live.
