Where to find a Hokkien Dictionary?

Please,.. can anybody help me?
I am in desperate need to get hold of a English- Hokkien, Hokkien- English dictonary.
Where can I purchase one from?
Any links would be very appreciated.

Great website (mkflanigan) - thanks. I have contacted them on whether I can order from the US. Do you have any experience in ordering from them yourself? I like the fact that they have texts IN Hokkien, not just ABOUT Hokkien. Thinking about getting their fables, dialogues ... BTW: The great effort you put into the book list has not gone unnoticed - just wish I had more time to go through all the links
