May I know how to pronounce this in hokkien?

Probably 'lo' or something like that. 羅 is pronounced lo5, and the Taiwanese dictionary at http://daiwanway.dynip.com/cgi/tdict.acgi has 囉嗦 lo7-so1 (these may be sandhi tones - they use a strange romanisation) to mean talkative, verbose.

Just want to confirm the pronunciation of this word when I see this word in a buddhist mantra.

南無． 喝囉怛那． 哆囉夜耶．

I think it was pronounced as "nai". But I thought it was "lo" like what you have mentioned.
