I have found william campbell amoy dict ordering place-www.pctpress.com.tw,see renguan chu bhan in this web.dict part with his chinese name kan wei ling .
I must add above http;//mkfla.... web is for ordering Maryknoll 1976,79 amoy eng,eng amoy dict. We can say that almost all minnan and minbei books are in print for sale currently.We even have 7 minbei books for sale.
It seems that taiwan do put online for phd thesis on minnan.Try them in search engine.

I find that there is a book for malaysian hokkien-a guide to penang hokkien by Tan Hoe Choon 2001(131 pages).If anyone happen to read it in library,please let me know anything about it.
There is no problem to get that 2 holland -amoy and cheong dict because we can pay for a photocopy version from British library. One of them should be available from www.brill.nl.There is even a spanish-amoy,chuan,cheong dict from british library.

We already have hakka and minnan together in one dictionary.See www.books.com.tw catalog.
