看bo=看不到,看轻。苦bo=巴不得。看人bo=看不起。拍bo=不见.上bo= 至少﹐起碼。In question it is like 吗 in mandarin. It is 轻声 when we say it.

In xiamen and chuanchiu male is 丈夫 ta poo but chiangchiu is 諸夫=ca poo.
female is 諸婦。Some chiang chiu area is eu/oou for oo.

Does the '丈' have -nn?
And about cabo, 婦 seem be and outrule of reading.
I saw somewhere you posted 姥, it has a reading of Mu3 'midwife' and could match better.

By the way, all of the characters suggested have strange meaning that one can hardly think that it actually mean 'male'/'female'.
More like wife/husband.

How about Male/Female animal?

above two articles have explained how to get the sound and meaning about 婦,丈夫 ﹐etc.Ciangciu people add 諸 means common to 夫 。
姥 has 反切 of boo and lo but the meaning doesn't match。
There are no very special suffix to animal in minnan like hakka and cantonese.
