Chinese languages

Im trying to set up an email address with 163.com
It asks me for the verifycation code
But its in chinese and it uses the chinese letter
My computer dose not have the chinese letters installed and I dont know if Im supposed to type in chinese letters or latin A-Z
But hear it is

Please could someone be so kind as to explain in English

i am afraid that you can't becauuse there is no proper translation in english for the Separate chinese words
怎 (zen)means How 经(jing) means through but i don't think it is right it is just the Literal meaning

Yes, this phrase doesn't make any sense. 怎 (zen)means How, and 经(jing) means through.
