Chinese languages

I can read and speak chinese quite well, but since I spent only six month in China, my listening comprehension is very poor.
I'm desperately looking for a good quality chinese text to speech (to improve listening skills and get used to spoken chinese) but I've found it isn't easy to do!
I know that Lucent has made such a software, but they don't reply my messages.
Can anybody give me an advice?
