Easy English for Easy Chinese

Hello:
I am a 54-year-old man in the US wanting to exchange letters in easy English for letters in easy Chinese. I can already read basic Chinese. My computer can deal with both simplified and traditional characters but I only have a dictionary for traditional characters. My main interest is nature -- plants, animals & ecology.
