I try to build up a simple Chinese<->German<->English dictionary on my website.

Dear Tom,
Go to this site and download their free Chinese - English dictionary:
http://www.mandarintools.com/cedict.html
They have one in Big-5 encoding and one in GB encoding. Since your website uses GB encoding I guess you would want the GB encoding one.
Are you a new learner of Chinese?

i am pakistani i can not speak chinase
