Monkeyboy contact

Hi,
Does anybody have contact info for "Monkeyboy" who put together the daiwanway site (http://daiwanway.dynip.com/) ?
It appears to have last been updated January, 2002 and I can't find an contact email on the site.
The reason I'd like to contact the site-owner is I would like to compile a Taiwanese-English dictionary and include the entries on daiwanway.
