Chinese languages

Hello,

I'm a dutch guy who speaks no Chinese language. I do have a question. There are a few Chinese words on the bottom of my old cups. I really want to know what these words mean. For now, I learned that one word should mean "Water", but I cannot discover the meaning of the other two words.
Can anyone help me? I have a small jpg file that I can send to you.

schoteltje.JPG: the image is not very clear. you need to shoot a close up.
chinese tekst.jpg: 水 means water, 鎌 means sickle, 製 means manufacture. therefore 水鎌製 means manufactured by water sickle. water sickle here may refer to a name of a person or a factory (?). if so, it may not have meaning with two words together. 'cos in Chinese, the whole name made up two or more individual words may not have meaning, but individual words definitely have its own meaning. But from the appearance of the words, it seems to me that it's manufactured by Japanese instead of Chinese. As you may know, the Hanzi (Chinese words) in Japanese are actually Chinese words. Japanese have adopted them from we Chinese many many years ago.
