Chinese languages

Hi all,

in my very first steps I've tried to construct a Mandarin poem:

倘 我 失 误,
请问 送 恕!
tǎng wò shī wù,
qǐngwèn sòng s h ù !

Now the question is, if it can be understood like meant.
The last word seems to make problems, (s h u 4) ...
in this forum.

The first line is easy to understand.

But the second line is not proper Chinese (not even in classic Chinese).

Perhaps it means: If I messed something up; please forgive me. The last word of the second line means FORGIVE.
