I was wondering what was that New Year's blessing about being healthy like a tiger, or something? I remember it related to being strong throughout the year like a tiger?
What other types of blessings/sayings besides Sun Neen Fai Lok/GungHayFat Choi..are there?

I believe you're referring to Lung Jing Fu Mahng, literally dragon brilliant tiger fierce. meaning brilliant as a dragon and fierce (healthy) as a tiger.
other phrases include:
nin nin yau yue (more than enough for every year)
maan si sing yi (succeed in everything)
sun cheun dai gut (luck for the new spring)
lung maa jing sun (horse and dragon spirited)

Usually people greet me and I'll say, "Dai Ga Gum Wa!" Meaning same to you. Save a lot of brain juice.
