Need to know a phrase.

I know this is cliche but I'm looking to get a tattoo. I'd like to have something that translate towards "loyalty between brothers", or "blood is thicker then water". Is there any symbol is the Chinese language that would symbolize this?? I really appreciate your help. Thanks you all.

Well, maybe you can put it in this way : 血浓于水. It is the direct translation of "Blood is thicker than water" and it is also a known idiom in Chinese. Hope it helps!

I can't think of any good ones right now... blank mind.
But 血濃于水 "blood is thicker than water" can also means father or any relatives that shares the same bloodline as you.

It seems like you prefer traditional characters (just as I do). "Blood is thicker than water", in traditional characters, is
血濃於水
Depending on where you want your tattoo to be, you can also get it done vertically:
血
濃
於
水
tattoo

I prefer the phrase"兩肋插刀" more than any others.
現在中國人經常說為兄弟兩肋插刀，為女人插兄弟兩刀.
